I have done a lot of traveling in my life & I can honesty say this was one of the best experiences yet ! Edgar, Ton & their excellent team made my stay on board a real pleasure. Big thank you! Our group of 6 @ cabin, Nos. @ 103, 204,105 are truly satisfied with this cruise. Manager Armand did a splendid job in welcoming all of us + took trenk in briefing the safety measures to be taken + informing us relevant info pertaining to our overall well-being. The staff were well trained in their jobs. The working demo was well recend. PS: It keep if some waiters could be given English lessons to serve better.

Crew very helpful & friendly.They catered for our vegetarian needs better than our expectations. The excursions were wonderful & the activitives we have done on this trip were fantastic as we have not done anything like this before. Have thoroughly enjoyed our 2 day trip here & would without a doubt recommend this to our friends & family. Thank you for a wonderful, memorable trip.

I would like to show my thankfulness to Ms. Truong Mai Linh, Sales Executive from start to finish on providing on the spot assistance via Skype for planning and arranging the memorable trip. I would also like to tremendously thank the crew of Bhaya Cruises Legend I because of them the cruise was most enjoyable. My husband, Adrew and I were celebrating our anniversary with our children Evan and Mia ages 3 and 1. Although we did not ask for our children to be taken care of by the crew, each took aside a couple of minutes to look after them so Andrew and I could enjoy a meal or relax and enjoy the wonderful view that Halong Bay has to offer. Our Cruise Manager Lai was exceptional at making us feel at home on the boat and on the individualized tours. The Chef’s food was delicious each time. We thoroughly enjoyed the unique dinner in the cave.We definitely felt like king and queen on our special trip and the boat cruise turned out to be a fairy tale in so many ways thanks to the staff!
